Welcome to GameShop Nepal ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or purchasing from our website gameshopnepal.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. About GameShop Nepal
GameShop Nepal is a digital subscription and gaming top-up reseller based in Butwal, Lumbini Province, Nepal, founded in 2021 by Sushant Poudel. We sell genuine digital products including streaming subscriptions, gaming top-ups, AI tools, software licenses and gift cards at local Nepali prices, payable via eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay and Bank Transfer.
2. Definitions
- "Customer," "you," or "your" — any individual purchasing or using our digital products or services.
- "Products" or "Services" — any digital goods, subscriptions, top-ups, gift cards or licenses offered on our platform.
- "Platform" — our website gameshopnepal.com and all related communication channels including WhatsApp.
- "Delivery" — the transfer of login credentials, activation codes, or top-up confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
- "Third-Party Provider" — the original service provider such as Netflix, Spotify, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Supercell, Riot Games, etc.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website or services.
4. Age Requirements
- Customers must be at least 13 years old to purchase from GameShop Nepal.
- Customers under 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent before making a purchase.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the age requirements or have obtained parental consent.
- GameShop Nepal reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of being placed by minors without proper consent.
5. Products and Services
GameShop Nepal provides genuine digital goods and regionally priced subscriptions including but not limited to:

- 🎁 Gift Cards — Steam, Apple, and more
- 💼 Software — Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, NordVPN, Windows 11 Pro, LinkedIn Premium
- 🖱️ Gaming Hardware — Fantech gaming peripherals
All digital products are 100% genuine and intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
6. Ordering and Payments
- All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and may vary based on market and regional pricing.
- We accept eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, Bank Transfer and IME Pay. No dollar card or international payment is required.
- Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and screenshot upload.
- Customers must upload a clear, unedited payment screenshot within 2 hours of placing an order. Orders with missing or unclear payment proof may be cancelled automatically.
- Prices are subject to change without notice due to exchange rate fluctuations or supplier pricing changes.
- GameShop Nepal reserves the right to cancel or reject any order if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.
7. Payment Processing
- Payments processed via eSewa are subject to eSewa's terms and conditions.
- Payments processed via Khalti are subject to Khalti's terms and conditions.
- Payments processed via Fonepay are subject to IME Khalti Limited's terms and conditions.
- GameShop Nepal is not responsible for payment delays, failures or errors caused by payment processors.
- If a payment is deducted from your account but the order is not confirmed, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your payment screenshot.
8. Taxes and Service Charges
- As an e-commerce platform operating within Nepal, GameShop Nepal is required to pay applicable taxes to the Government of Nepal on transactions.
- A service charge of Rs 10 is applied on all customer orders to cover transaction and operational expenses.
- All charges are included in the total price shown during checkout unless otherwise stated.
9. Delivery of Digital Goods
- All digital products are delivered via WhatsApp or email after payment confirmation.
- Our operating hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Nepal Time, 7 days a week.
- Orders placed within operating hours are typically delivered within minutes.
- Orders placed outside operating hours will be delivered when we reopen the next business session.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct contact information, email addresses, and game IDs at checkout.
- For gaming top-ups, customers must provide the correct Player ID / Game ID. GameShop Nepal is not responsible for top-ups sent to incorrect IDs provided by the customer.
10. Out of Stock Policy
- If a product becomes unavailable after payment is received, customers will be notified via WhatsApp immediately.
- Customers will be offered either a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.
- GameShop Nepal will process refunds within 3–5 business days in such cases.
11. Refunds and Replacements
- Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
- Replacements will be provided if the delivered item is proven to be invalid or non-functional through no fault of the customer.
- Customers must contact support within 24 hours of delivery for replacement eligibility.
- If GameShop Nepal is unable to fulfil an order, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds are not provided for delays caused by operating hours, customer unavailability, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
12. Subscription Support and Replacements
- If a subscription stops working within its validity period due to issues on our end, we will resolve or replace it free of charge.
- Issues caused by customer misuse are not eligible for free replacement. Misuse includes but is not limited to:
- Changing account passwords
- Logging into unauthorized devices beyond the plan limit
- Leaving a family group (for YouTube Premium, Spotify Family, Gemini)
- Violating the third-party provider's terms of service
13. Account and Device Limits
Customers must strictly follow the device and usage limits for each plan:
- 🎬 Netflix Shared Plan — 1 screen only. Smart TV login not supported. Logging into Smart TV will result in service termination without refund.
- 🎬 Netflix Private Plan — Maximum 2 simultaneous devices. Smart TV supported.
- 🎬 Netflix Full Account — Maximum 4 simultaneous devices. Smart TV supported.
- 🎬 Prime Video Profile — 1 screen only as per plan.
- 🎵 Spotify Family Join — Must not leave the family group during the subscription period.
- ▶️ YouTube Premium Family Join — Must not leave the family group. Google allows family group changes only twice per year.
- 🌟 Gemini Advanced — Activated via Google Family Group. Must not leave the group during the subscription period.
- 🤖 ChatGPT Plus / Claude / AI Tools — For personal use on one account only. Sharing credentials with others is prohibited.
14. AI Tools Disclaimer
- AI tool subscriptions (ChatGPT Plus, Claude AI Pro, Gemini Advanced, etc.) are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective providers — OpenAI, Anthropic and Google.
- GameShop Nepal does not control AI model availability, output accuracy, feature changes, usage limits or policy updates made by these providers.
- Changes made by AI providers to their subscription plans, features, or pricing after your purchase are outside GameShop Nepal's control and do not qualify for refunds.
- AI tools are sold for personal and professional use only. Using AI tools for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes is strictly prohibited.
15. Physical Products (Gaming Hardware)
- Physical gaming hardware products (Fantech and other brands) are subject to a separate return policy.
- Defective items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, undamaged packaging with all accessories included.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, physical damage, or improper handling are not eligible for return or replacement.
- Delivery charges for returning physical products are borne by the customer.
- Physical product delivery timelines depend on availability and courier service.
- Customers must provide a valid delivery address for physical products at checkout.
16. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must read product descriptions carefully before purchasing — especially regarding Smart TV compatibility, screen limits, account type and plan differences.
- Shared accounts and profiles must be used strictly as described in the product listing.
- Customers are responsible for the security of delivered credentials. Do not share login details with others.
- Any misuse may result in immediate service termination without refund.
17. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially share purchased accounts or subscriptions without written permission from GameShop Nepal.
- Attempt to modify, hack, or exploit our platform or products.
- Use VPNs or region-changing tools to bypass pricing restrictions unless explicitly allowed.
- Engage in fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or misuse of refund or replacement systems.
- Provide false information during checkout or impersonate another person.
- Use purchased products for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate GameShop Nepal's pricing model, product listings or business methods.
18. Chargeback Policy
- Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving and using a product constitutes fraud under applicable Nepali law.
- GameShop Nepal reserves the right to take legal action and report fraudulent chargeback cases to relevant authorities in Nepal.
- Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from our platform.
- If you have a genuine payment dispute, contact us first at [email protected] before initiating any chargeback.
19. Promo Codes and Discounts
- Promo codes and discount offers are valid only for subscription-based products unless stated otherwise.
- Promo codes cannot be applied to gaming top-ups, gift cards, hardware, or one-time purchase items unless explicitly stated.
- Each promo code has specific usage limits, expiry dates and conditions which must be followed.
- Daily rewards and loyalty points are subject to availability and may be modified without notice.
- GameShop Nepal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any offer at any time without prior notice.
20. Reseller Policy
- Resellers wishing to purchase products for commercial resale must obtain prior written approval from GameShop Nepal.
- Unauthorized reselling of our products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Approved resellers must adhere to GameShop Nepal's reseller pricing and terms as separately agreed.

21. Privacy and Data
- We collect only the information necessary to process your order — name, phone number, email and payment screenshot.
- Your personal data is never sold to third parties.
- Order information may be retained for record-keeping and customer support purposes.
- By placing an order, you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp for order delivery and support purposes.
- We do not store payment card details. All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
22. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, product listings and blog posts — is the property of GameShop Nepal and protected by applicable copyright laws. Customers may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without prior written permission.
23. Limitation of Liability
GameShop Nepal shall not be liable for:
- Loss of access due to platform restrictions, bans, or policy updates by third-party providers.
- Changes in third-party platform features, content availability, or regional restrictions after purchase.
- Technical issues, temporary outages, or delays outside our control.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
- Losses resulting from customer misuse of purchased products.
24. Force Majeure
GameShop Nepal shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment gateway downtime, natural disasters, government restrictions, or actions by third-party service providers.
25. Communication Language
Official customer support is provided in Nepali and English. Communications in other languages may not receive timely responses. GameShop Nepal is not responsible for misunderstandings arising from language barriers.
26. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected, without prior notice or refund.
27. Modifications to Terms
GameShop Nepal may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
28. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Butwal, Lumbini Province, Nepal.
